1Creating a user account for each person
The option of establishing a user account for each person enables independence and creation one's profile to customize as he or she wishes. This enables a separate iTunes app for each user which he or she can use to sync their devices separately which becomes handy if some iPads or iPhones have parental control restrictions.
1. How to create a new user account on your mac
i. Click on Apple menu > System Preferences > Users & Groups
ii. On the lower left corner of the Users & Groups window click on the lock and enter your administrator username and password.
iii. Click Unlock and then the Add (+) button under the current users' list.
iv. From the drop-down select an account type
v. Enter the full name of the user and an account name. Then enter a password and verify it and after create a password hint
vi. After entering everything click on Create User. Then repeat the process for any other user account

i. Click on the Apple menu> Log Out
ii. After logging out then select the user account you want to switch to and login
2 Creating a separate iTunes library on pc or mac
This option becomes handy when no one’s iPhone in the family have parental control restrictions. It allows syncing of content of particular libraries without mixing it with others
1. How to create a separate iTunes library
i. Close iTunes and ensure it's not running in the background
ii. Then launch it and ensure you are holding the option key at the same time
iii. When a window appears then select Create Library
iv. Under the save as option key in the name of the new library and then click save
v. To avoid duplication of files, click on iTunes >Preferences> Advanced and untick Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library
vi. When done the connect the device associated with the created library your Mac to sync it

i. Close iTunes and ensure it's not running in the background and then launch it and ensure you are holding the option key at the same time
ii. When a window appears to click Choose Library and then Select the iTunes library associated with the iPhone you want to sync
iii. Click open and then connect the iPod or iPhone
3 limits of iTunes Account Authorization
iTunes accounts have authorization limits of up to five computers or of five instances of iTunes at any given time meaning that only five Macs or PCs can be used in playing iTunes protected content using a given iTunes account. Once the limit is hit, you can only add another device if you deauthorize another one using Apples given instructions. However, to the users’ advantage, there is no limit to the number of iOS devices such as iPads, iPods, iPhones, or even Apple TVs for a single iTunes account
