Google on Tuesday announced the launch of its new Nexus 6 and Chromecast devices in the Indian market at a press event in New Delhi. Both Nexus 6 and Chromecast will go on sale at midnight tonight as a part of Google’s Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF).
Talking about the Nexus 6 first, which had gone on pre-order at Flipkart late last month, the phone will be available at Flipkart as well as Google Play. It carries a price-tag of INR 43,999 for the 32GB version and INR 48,999 for the 64GB version.
Google Nexus 6 has been manufactured by Motorola Mobility and runs on Android 5.0. The phone features a 5.96-inch Quad-HD display, 3220 mAh battery, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 13MP rear camera.
